B&B Swim Australia is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with their purchases. We understand that online shopping can be tricky, and we are here to assist you in getting your order right. Please contact us for assistance with sizing before making your purchase, we will do a personalised fit check for you to ensure the best fit - please ensure you have your measurements handy. Read our policy below carefully to understand our terms and conditions.


Returns and Exchanges:

We offer a refund, exchange or credit note for full-priced items returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions of our returns policy.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note we only accept returns/exchanges on our full priced swimwear garments only. If you used a discount code, purchased a sale garment or item was reduced at checkout, your order does not qualify for a return. Other items such as sunscreen, towels, tote bags and cover ups in our store do not qualify for a return/exchange. 

  • Exchange Fee: No fee is incurred for items exchanged for an alternate size.
  • Return Fee: There is a $20 processing fee for items refunded. You can opt to return your items for a credit note to avoid the processing fee.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our delivery and returns policy.


Returns Process:

  • Try on your garments over underwear.
  • Check tags/hygiene stickers for attachment and original condition. Place all items back in the biodegradable garment bag.
  • Email returns@bandbswim.com.au with your order number. We will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Alternatively, you can use the contact us form.
  • Post back to the address provided in the email. Regular or Express shipping method is up to you, and you will be required to return the item/s at your own cost. 
  • We suggest you go into the post office to get a return tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns. Please ensure you email the tracking number to us so we can process your return as efficiently as possible.
  • Alternatively (for AU orders only), you can opt for us to generate a pre-paid returns label for you at our flat rate shipping fee of $9.95. We will send you an invoice for the return, and once paid we can email you a returns shipping label to your email address to stick on your returns package.
  • Once the item arrives and is processed, you will receive an email confirmation, and the refund/exchange will be processed.

Exchanges

Australia:

  • If you requested an exchange for a different size (full priced items only), we will swap your item for the new item free of charge and you will receive a confirmation when your new item has been sent. This only applies to full priced AU orders.
  • Discounted items are not eligible for an exchange.
  • Shipping costs for the return are payable by you the customer.

International:

  • For international orders, we do not offer free exchange shipping. 
  • Once your order has been received through our returns process, you will receive an invoice via email to the value in which original shipping costs were applied. Once paid, your exchanged item will then be shipped with a tracking order number provided.
  • Discounted items are not eligible for an exchange.
  • Shipping costs for the return are payable by you the customer.

Returns Terms & Conditions:

  • Only full-price items are eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Processing fee of $20 is deducted from the refund for returns.
  • We do not reimburse for return shipping.
  • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging with hygiene liner, B&B Swim tags, and a biodegradable garment bag.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns & not honour store credits on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains & removed/tampered with liners.
  • In the occurrence of garments returned within these conditions, we will void your store credit or exchange. Returning of the garment back to the customer will incur a return shipping cost to be paid by the customer.
  • This policy is set in place due to swimwear being classified as ‘underwear’ & due to hygiene reasons once garments are not resalable, they have to be destroyed, which is a loss to our company, unhygienic & harmful for the environment.
  • A $10 fee is deducted if biodegradable garment bags are not returned.
